2022 – Present

Today, our workforce continues to grow, reaching almost fifty employees, as do the projects that have led us to become a company specializing in welded construction in the naval, wind, and other sectors.

At Engineering Rinosteel S.L., we work closely with our clients to achieve their objectives in the most efficient manner, providing them with our highly qualified technical and human resources.

Projects such as the Santiago Bernabeu Hypogeum Walkways and the 46 Platforms for the Vineyard Offshore Wind Farm are just some of the projects we are currently working on.

2020

We consolidated the company’s position and were awarded our first EPC turnkey project. This contract marks an important milestone for Engineering Rinosteel S.L.

*FARO PRECAST, EPC Folding table for the construction of concrete formwork, including mechanical and hydraulic work.

*BALTIC EAGLE OFFSHORE WIND FARM, with the construction of 50 cranes for a plant with a capacity of 476 MW.

2018

The company’s diversification began. In addition to structural construction and metalwork, we expanded into shipbuilding, cranes and offshore equipment, boilermaking, and collaborations with major machinery manufacturers in the naval, energy, automotive, and aeronautical sectors.

*THE RITZ-CARLTON YATCH COLLECTION, its construction represented a challenge for both the shipyard and the companies involved in its construction, making us an international benchmark in the segment, something that until now had been exclusive to a few European factories.

*IRVING BOILERWORKS, which involves the manufacture of equipment for a ship’s deck.

2017

The company underwent significant growth with the creation of ENGINEERING RINOSTEEL S.L., as well as a move to Rodeiro (Pontevedra), doubling its workshop capacity: 3,500 m² covered and 11,000 m² outdoor for material storage, thus improving its professional response.

*NEW CHAMPLAIN BRIDGE (CANADA) A spectacular engineering feat, one of the most important in the history of the North American continent, 3.4 km long, spanning the St. Lawrence River, connecting the United States with Canada.

2016

The projects continued to grow, as did the number of employees, which had already doubled just one year after starting operations.

2015

Metarivas was founded in Silleda (Pontevedra) with a workforce of 8 workers to carry out several projects, including:

*RANDE BRIDGE, Redondela-Moaña Section, a cable-stayed bridge with a 401 m span across its main span. An extremely complex engineering project, it was the first cable-stayed bridge in the world to be extended while maintaining traffic flow at all times.

2013
